Take a Child Home for the Holiday
To qualify for the Take A Child Home programme, the following are required:
- Be 25 years or older
- A valid ID
- Two (2) passport-sized photographs
- Completed application form submitted to the CPFSA Office in your parish
- Two (2) references from J.P., Pastor, High ranking Police Officer
- Interview
- Home Assessment
