Overview
The ATI Act was passed into law in 2002, granting the public the right to access official documents held by public sector entities. The Child Development Agency has embraced the philosophy of the public’s right to know, and has therefore cultivated a culture of openness and transparency.
Our officers are always ready to respond to queries made by the public. Persons seeking information covered under ATI, may make a request by filling out and submitting a request form via email toati@cda.gov.jm. The completed form may also be dropped off at our corporate office, 48 Duke Street, Kingston. ATI forms can be downloaded from this website.
